My Favourite! My Bargain! My Find!

My Favourite!

I love Hydrangeas so much I wish I could grow them in my garden but the climate where I live is not very good for them to grow.
I will have to make do with purchasing from my local florist when in season & heading over to Hear in the mean time for some picks of flowers arranged with such style.

My Bargain!
I was out the other day & found all these flowers for the bargain price of $27.00 I think it was a bargain, do you? I am so pleased!  Got a few ideas for them to be used in some of my projects so will keep you posted!

My Find!

Love this Floral Rosette made by Gypsy Brocante she has a lot more of these chic beauties amongst other things!  They are all made with that vintage feel up in her attic which is having a make over at the moment if you want to go take a peek.
Hope you are having a good week so far?

Benjamin Fabric

Fabric

This gorgeous fabric is from Harry Harry, a fabulous fabric supplier in QLD.   I sourced it for a client who wanted a notice board making for her guest bedroom.   The brief was green and red fabric; after going through a few colour sample's & styles we decided on this design.

Embellishments to dress the board are red flowers with a red glitzy smaller flower on top. It's been featured on Harry Harry's blog spot thanks so much.

Finished Board

I like to try & create a different effect with the crossing of the ribbons so I can show off the fabric better.   I tried not to hide the centre bird.   This fabric can be purchased in different colour schemes & it has a width of 240cm.
I do custom made boards, so if any one is interested please feel free to contact me info@thefeatherednest.com.au

House Sold

My Old house

So happy!   The block of land my husband & I brought last year (see Building Project ) can finally have a house built on it.    We have been looking at so many plans & drawing our own ideas, it felt like we would never get that first piece of concrete down.

I am so happy that I can share my building experience with you all; hope you will follow & enjoy!!
